Blog Post #2

Cold wind howling in the distance like a pack of wolves. Rivers run freely like cattle in a field. Flowers sprouting like a cater-pi metamorphoses. Trees standing high with their arms wide open. The smell of mom’s week old eggs overwhelming your nostrils. Visiting this place makes me feel as if there are no worries in the world consuming me. I have never been to such a magnificent area providing so much with so little. And that’s not even the best part. Goosebumps rid my body when I begin to enter the water. Subtle steam rises up my leg when I dip my first toe into the slightly above room temperature water. All negativity is drawn from my body as I emerge into the slimy water. Nothing compares to the "welcome" feeling brought upon by this mesmerizing place.

  1. I like how you started about the wind because that is the same way that I started mine. I like all the detail that you put in to this it makes it a very nice read

  2. I'm not sure week old eggs sounds appetizing, but sometimes certain aroma's tend to linger long after they have encapsulated a place. I think, though, you could definitely provide a bit more detail so we know what the magnificent place is like. Personalize it. Make it more vivid with your details. Show us rather than tell us.
